Day 1
Establishing a Bedtime Routine
Before bed mix 1 drop of Frankincense with your moisturizer and put Lavender, Respiratory Blend and your diffuser on your nightstand.
At bed time take your diffuser and add tap water to just below the red mark then add 2-3 drops Lavender to your diffuser to promote restful sleep. IF you need to boost that rub 1 drop of Lavender to the bottom of each foot.
To boost mood also add a drop of Frankincense to the bottom of each foot morning and night.
Day 2
Wake up and pour 1 drop of the Respiratory Blend into the palms of your hands and rub together. Bring your hands up to your nose and inhale deeply 3 times. This will help wake you up and help with occasional allergies.
Try a drop of Tea Tree added to your toothpaste for a boost to your teeth and gums. Do this 2x a week.
You can also apply a little Tea tree to any breakouts after you wash you face.
Take your diffuser out to the kitchen or living room and add 2 drops of Peppermint and 2 drops of Lemon to clean the air and invigorate the energy of all in the house.
In the evening repeat the bedtime routine from day 1.
Day 3
Grab your welcome bag. Take the Grounding Blend sample - turn it upside down and tap 3 times (thats about 1 drop) rub that in to the bottom of each foot
This will help balance your body and calm feelings of stress and overwhelm.
Start your morning off with a fresh cleanse for your body. While your body is sleeping it is working on getting rid of the garbage in your system. Help flush that out first thing in the morning with 1 drop of lemon added to a glass of water or a mug of warm water for added benefit. Start each day this way and you are providing your body with support to help it detox.
Got any aches and pains? Try a dime size amount of FCO with 2 drops of the Soothing Blend and apply topically to any area that hurts ( lower back, backs of knees, shoulders, neck ) Use this as needed for pain. Just be sure to wash hands before using the restroom or it can be a tingly experience. 😉
Today in your diffuser try adding 2 drops Peppermint and 2 Drops Wild Orange (from your welcome bag) to your diffuser. We call this the focus blend. Peppermint will help with alertness and the Wild Orange helps with creativity. Great for the kids to smell while they are doing school work.
End your day with the bedtime routine.
Day 4
Are you feeling brave today? We challenge you to start your day with a drop of Frankincense under your tongue. This has AMAZING benefits for your body. Everything from inflammation to boosting mood and helping promote healthy cells in the body. If you can do this once or twice each day you have done a tremendous up level for your body. It will thank you! Doing this daily notice how your mood and pain is after 4 consecutive days.
Rub a drop of Balance to the bottom of each foot to start you day less stressed.
After you have had your lemon in water give your digestive system a boost. Take a dime size amount of the Fractionated Coconut Oil in the palm of your hand and add 1 drop of the Digestive Blend. Rub that clockwise on your abdomen. Notice the feeling as the oils get to work. Do this anytime you or someone in your home has Digestive upset.
Tap out 6x the Grounding blend into your diffuser and experience a soothing home environment.
End your day with your bedtime routine.
Day 5
The Protective Blend will be one you never want to be without. Use this anytime you are starting to not feel well or when you’ve been around someone sick or at a large gathering.
Apply 1 drop to the bottom of each foot this morning to help support your immune system. You can also try 1 drop in a glass of water. Gargling with a little of that water before you swallow will help protect the areas germs like to set up shop. Do this as needed but keep in mind doing this daily while traveling and during the winter months is especially helpful for your immune system.
You can add a drop with your lemon in the morning if you like for a daily boost.
If you are looking to clean the air in the home you can add a 3-4 drops to your diffuser during the day or night.
