It’s not a question of WHAT IF we are exposed it’s a question of WHEN
Health has taken on a whole new meaning these past few months.
Many are realizing the ‘things’ that we felt were so important and necessary in reality are not.
What are some things you look back and laugh at that you just had to get or had to be done and now they aren’t that important?
A common topic most think about and research now is how to reduce your risk of exposure and all focus and energy is aimed there. I invite you to look at it differently. I think a more productive line of thought to spend your time pondering on is not what will we do IF we are exposed because it really is not a question of IF it is WHEN.
If we intend to live in society and go back to work and we intend for our children to continue with their education then exposure will happen.
What if instead we focused on the steps we will have in place WHEN someone in the family is exposed.
That is a question we have answers to and we look forward to sharing it with our community.
But there’s a step that is too often missed and is the most important one of all.
We spend time either worried about possible exposure or worried about what we will do when it happens. What if we spend that time DOING something? That is what we would like to invite you all to do.
Be proactive in your health decisions and start with YOUR body. Your body is what you take with you into this fight or any other that should follow. The little decisions you make each day as to what you put on and in your body influence the strength of your immune system and overall health.

Here are 3 simple things you can incorporate into your routine that will have a positive effect on your health
